Tool Window - Tags View

The Tags Tool Window allows you to view and modify tags against the current active data.

Tags Features

For each Tag [more info] you have defined in the system you can mark the current active data record as having, or not, associations with that tag. 

This enables you to use tags across all record types for searching, reporting, grouping, etc.

The permissions for each tag inherits permissions from the record itself - if you don't have permissions to change the record you won't have permissions to update any of its tags either.

Tag Properties

When creating a new item, this view auto-pops up a grid for selecting the tags you want to associate with the current record. You can not associate the same tag twice.

Commands

A tag has the standard set of commands and functions when being viewed from a grid. See our standard grid functionality.
