Team Promotable Canvases View
Team promotable canvases indicate which canvases a team has permissions to promote items from within it into the live system. Changes in Canvases are isolated from each other and the main system. However you can promote changes from a canvas into the main system if you wish. In order to do this you require permissions to do so which are assigned here. Team Promotable Canvases Features

There are many use cases where it is useful to take changes that have been made in a canvas and "promote" them into the live system. These include, but are not limited to, the following:
- You can lock users to only being able to work within a canvas for training purposes. At the end of the day/week/etc a manager can review their changes and if approved promote them to the real system.
- Many systems provide 4-eye authentication on records that have different states such as transactions. But sometimes it is vital to have approval processes around changes to other normal records such as bank account information, contact details/methods, private information, etc. By using canvases you can make sure the changes can be made in an isolated and safe manner which leaves the original record untouched and in use until someone approves the change and promotes it from the canvas into the live system.
Canvases provide a complete list of all changes that have been made within them. This makes it really easy to select changes that have occurred and promote them into the real system. Given the potential for merge conflicts, and security around this function it has its own set of permissions for safety.
Team Promotable Canvases allow you to specify which teams can promote items from within a canvas into the real system. By default all new canvases won't have these permissions set, they have to be specifically set after a canvas has been created. This ensures canvas changes stay isolated unless you specifically want the ability to promote those changes out of the canvas.
Team Promotable Canvases Properties
The Promotable Canvas Items have the following properties:

| [Required] [Key] Team | Holds the team that has permissions to promote items from within this canvas. This column will be hidden by default when viewed from a team itself. |
