Tags View
The Tags view holds all information about the standing data item Tags that can be used to mark any record in the system.
Tags Properties
Tags have the following properties:
| Name | Description |
| [Required] [Key] Name | The unique name of this tag that the user can select to mark any record in the system with |
| Description | A user friendly description of this tag |
| Available Against All Objects | Indicates if this Tag can be marked against any item in the system. If not you need to specify the certain record types that can use this tag. |
Commands
A Tag has the standard set of commands and functions when being viewed from a grid. See our standard grid functionality.
Tags can be exported and imported as packaged xml files to transfer configuration across systems. Again this is available from the standards grid commands.
