Settings

The settings area is designed to contain all the configuration settings for the Triple Lock functionality.

Settings Features

All of the settings are designed to just configure elements of the triple lock functionality. They differ from configuration around the API, or Custom Entities, as those allow changes that affect the entire system. For instance creating a Custom Entity, or using the API to do the same, changes the back end database and web service affecting all accounts as well.

The settings are specific to just the account your working in, and need to be copied across accounts if you are working in a multi-tenanted environment. 

Sections

The Settings is split into the following major sections, roughly following the Triple Lock functionality:

• Open Architecture
  This contains all the settings related to functionality within the Open Architecture lock.
• Enterprise Tools
  This contains all the settings related to functionality within the Enterprise Tools lock.
• Financial Services - Transactions
  This contains all the settings related to functionality within the Financial Services lock as it relates to Transactions.
• Financial Services - GL
  This contains all the settings related to functionality within the Financial Services lock as it relates to the GL.
• Financial Services - Processes
  This contains all the settings related to functionality within the Financial Services lock as it relates to automated algorithms.
