Our Status set of functions provide access to tools that allow you to monitor the current activity of the system, and to reset changes. It's designed to make sure you can find out what activity is being processed in the background and provide you mechanisms to administrate that should you need to.
Status Features
It can often be hard in legacy systems to identify processes, or workflow that aren't behaving as they should be, or simply to get an update on the current status. These tools are designed to address those typical pain points.
They consist of the following set of functionality:
Reset System Roles: Resets the standard roles and teams to have all the correct default functionality for Admin and Standard User. Ensures the Admin User belongs to these roles/teams.
Refresh Servers: Causes all servers (web and task servers) to have their cache invalidated so any new query definitely gets the latest correct data.
Server Tasks: Provides a grid of all server tasks on the system, both running, complete and in a queue.
