Open Architecture

Open Architecture is the first lock of our Triple Lock designed to address the commonality of issues within software for the Financial Services industry. Open Architecture centers around giving you clarity and choice at every possible step.

Unlike legacy financial software vendors who require you to lean on them to utilise their proprietary black-box configuration, we ensure you always have visibility over your entire solution. This philosophy extends to our deployment methodologies, being platform agnostic while integrating into cloud or on-premise, data integration, transparent security, through to our platform designers and testing.

Open Architecture Features

Our Open Architecture functionality is split into 4 major user accessible areas. There are other areas making up the complete set of Open Architecture modules which center around admin services such as deployment methodologies, task servers, cloud integration and others. From a user perspective the following broad functional areas make up our Open Architecture philosophy:

• Data Integration
  This area is all about ensuring LemonEdge can integrate into your existing eco-system in a seamless fashion by automating the typical pain points of data integration.
• Status
  Status is all about providing you the visibility into the current status of the system. This includes abilities to reset standard roles, force data refreshes and the current status of your task server(s).
• Admin
  This provides you visibility and maintenance of Users, Roles and Teams (which permissions are tied to).
• System
  This provides you maintenance options around your account and sub-accounts if you're running a multi-tenanted environment.
