Ledgers View
Every Transaction and GL Posting in the system is recorded against a Ledger. You can have as many Ledgers in the system as you like.
Ledgers Properties
Ledgers have the following properties:
| Name | Description |
| [Required] [Key] Name | The unique user friendly name of this Ledger |
| Description | A user friendly description of this Ledger |
| Is System | Indicates if this is a system ledger |
Commands
A Ledger has the standard set of commands and functions when being viewed from a grid. See our standard grid functionality.
Ledgers can be exported and imported as packaged xml files to transfer configuration across systems. Again this is available from the standards grid commands.
