Layout Roles View
Layout Roles allow you to specify which roles will have access to those layouts. This allows you to create different layouts for different roles to streamline the kpi's, and workflow each team participates in.
Layout Role Properties
Layout Roles have the following properties:
| Name | Description |
| [Key] [Required] Layout | The Layout this Role will have access to. This view is hidden/disabled when viewed from a Layout itself, and visible/editable when viewed from a Role. |
| [Key] [Required] Role | The Role that will have access to this Layout. This view is hidden/disabled when viewed from a Role itself, and visible/editable when viewed from a Layout. |
| Is Default | Indicates that this layout should always be used by this role when viewing that type of data for the layout. A Role can multiple layouts all designed to show the same data type. Only one can be the default and the rest can be customised to be specifically used when required. |
This Layout Role view can be viewed from a Layout to allow selection of which Roles can use it, or from a Role to allow selection of which Layouts the Role can use.
