The Image View provides a preview of the custom image itself (indicating if the file is compatible or not), and the functions to change it. The custom image can then be incorporated throughout the application including replacing standard system images where required.
Image Features
The Image view is designed to give you a preview of the image you are uploading so users can understand how everything will appear in the system, and to ensure everything looks correct.
It also has the functionality required to download the image and change it.
Commands
The Image view has the following custom commands:
Change Image: This prompts you to provide a new image (.png, .jpg) that will be uploaded and previewed to you in the Image View itself. This is the image that will be used whenever any customisation refers to this Custom Image.
Save Image: This allows you to download a copy of this image to your local system.
Update ID: This shows you the unique shared ID for this icon and allows you to edit it. This provides a consisting method for referring to this image from code using our API across multiple databases that may have the same custom image.
