Transaction Code Values
Transaction Code Values hold the Values that will be recorded against any Transaction using this Transaction Code. They dictate precisely what a Transaction is tracking.
Transaction Codes View
The Transaction Code View holds the header information for Transaction Codes and dictates the overall behavior of the Transaction.
Transaction Code GL Entries
Transaction Code GL Entries hold the definitions for GL Postings that should automatically be created by the system when Transactions are being entered.

Transaction Type Values are the core Values in the system that all Transactions can track.
Transaction Types View
Transaction Types hold the header information for grouping sets of relevant Transaction Values together. Transaction Values hold the fields that all Transactions in the system can record.

Every Transaction and GL Posting in the system is recorded against a Ledger. You can have as many Ledgers in the system as you like.

The Watchers Type view is designed to allow you to define grouping categories for Watchers.
