Transfer View
The Transfer View allows you to record transfers between ultimate owning entities across all affected Transactions and GL Postings. You can setup the header information including the source ultimate owning entity of the Transfer.
Transaction GL Posting Allocated View
The GL Postings Allocated View allows you to see the breakdownof the debit and credits in the owning GL Posting. The system can automatically apportion these breakdowns according to a selected Path, or allow the user to manually specify the breakdown amounts.
Transaction GL Postings View
The GL Postings view holds all the GL debits and credits associated with a given Transaction. The GL does not contain any metadata or attributes, it is a pure GL meant for fast and efficient performance and analysis.
Transaction Values Allocated View
Transactions Values Allocated view allows you to see the breakdown of every value in the Transaction by the ultimate owning entities. The system can automatically apportion these breakdowns according to a selected path, or allow the user to manually specify the breakdown amounts.
Transaction Values View
The Transaction Values View is a view that dynamically shows the values you want, or are specified from the Transaction Code, for the Transaction and allow you to view/modify them across currencies.
This view normally just displays the Transaction being viewed as one row, however it also displays a row for each child transaction of the main Transaction. This way you can see the amounts across the related entities at a glance for each transaction. See here for more information on the structure of Transactions.
Transactions Set View
The Transactions Set View is designed to allow you to work with all Transactions within a set. A set of Transactions involve all header Transactions that are child Transactions of a root Transaction or a custom parent entity. Transaction Sets allow groups of related transactions to all be viewable and modifiable at the same time. See here for more information on Transaction Structures.
Transaction View
Transactions allow you to record configured financial transactions within the platform. These Transactions can address all your complex financial accounting requirements. See here for an overview.
Allocation Mappings View
The Allocation Mappings view allows you to easily associate Allocation Paths with specified Instrument, or dynamically through Instrument Sets.
