Comments View
The Comment View is a view which shows all comments for the current item. This view is part of the Comments Tool Window, but can also be added to any custom layout to show instantly the Comments for any given item and allow new ones to be created. This works well for items such as Tasks that require Comments as part of a configurable workflow.
Comments Features
The Comments grid is a current view of all Comments against a given item.
When viewed from the Tool Window this view will show Comments for the current item, or through the standard Selection View Tool Window, it can show current comments for any selected row in a grid.
Comments Properties
The Comments grid has the following properties:

| Comment Text | A multiline text box for comments |
| Importance | The importance of the comment
|
| Last Updated | The date the comment was created/last updated |
| Modified By User | The User who entered the comment |
