• Team Default Permissions View

    Published:

Team default permissions explicitly show the default permissions this team has for every entity type in the system. Every record can have those permissions specifically overridden, providing the person changing them has permission to do so, but these permissions indicate what the default access would be for this team without any otherwise specifically set permissions.

Team promotable canvases indicate which canvases a team has permissions to promote items from within it into the live system. Changes in Canvases are isolated from each other and the main system. However you can promote changes from a canvas into the main system if you wish. In order to do this you require permissions to do so which are assigned here. See our Canvas technology for more information.
